Become a Fertility Yoga Teacher and Serve a Community That Needs Your Support

Fertility yoga is becoming an increasingly popular niche in the yoga world

1 in 6 couples experience obstacles to pregnancy and birth
More people are seeking holistic support alongside western medical care
Mind-body practices are increasingly recommended by fertility specialists
Fertility yoga offers people an accessible, affordable, and fertility boosting practice

The challenge: Standard yoga teacher training doesn’t cover fertility-specific knowledge. Most yoga teachers aren’t sure how to safely work with students undergoing fertility treatment or how to adapt their teaching for different cycle phases.

The opportunity: This specialized training gives you the expertise to confidently serve students navigating their fertility journey and creates incredible opportunity for you to expand your teaching.

What you'll be able to do after this training:

  • Teach Fertility Yoga with confidence: know how to keep your students safe while optimizing their fertility
  • Create cycle-specific sequences that nurture your students bodies, energy, and hormones throughout their fertility journey
  • Hold space skillfully for pregnancy loss, grief, and the full spectrum of emotions that come with trying to conceive
  • Offer students a holistic and integrated practice that replaces fragmented care with multiple appointments and practitioners
  • Sit authentically in your seat as a teacher and transform the lives and outcomes of those who are TTC

“Kerry is warm, compassionate and professional.  As a mentor she provides a supportive and encouraging space to learn, practice and grow. Through her teachings, I have learned not only best practices, but have also learned about myself along the way.  I appreciate the knowledge and compassion that she brings to the fertility community. Thank you Kerry!”

However, if you have been practicing yoga and have a solid foundation and want to take the training for your own practice and do not intend to teach, then you are welcome to join.

Can I teach fertility yoga online and in-person?
