Try this pose during the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle or while preparing for a frozen embryo transfer. The blanket adds a little pressure to the pelvic area and when you release the pose, a flush of oxygenated blood comes into the reproductive organs.

A bolster under the sacrum makes this pose more relaxing and restorative.
