Supported Reclined Twist

A great pose to do during the follicular and ovulation phases of your cycle. Skip during the 2 week wait and post transfer.

Twists aid in digestion, bring a sense of release, and are detoxifying (on the emotional/mental level as well). This is a great pose to do just before heading into a Side Lying Savasana as the set up is the same. If the twisting shoulder does not come to the ground then add some support here.

Make sure that the knee and ankle of the top leg on the bolster are supported. An almost flat blanket or no blanket at all under the neck is recommended.
