A deep release of the hips and glutes, which is great for anytime of your cycle except right after an embryo transfer. 

Bolster under the pelvis to support the ligaments and connective tissues to allow for a gentler experience. If you do not have a bolster, use some rolled up blankets. Maintaining a forward facing and square pelvis is optimal for this pose.
