Supported Bridge Pose

A fabulous pose for post transfer, and the follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases. Skip during menstruation. This wonderful pose is a gentle release for the lower back, brings a flush of energy to the pelvic region, and gently stimulates the thyroid.

The knees are bent and knocked while the feet are pigeon-toed. For a more extreme opening of the front of the body and psoas, straighten one leg and then the other while resting the heal on the floor (not shown).
