A less intense version of Legs up the wall that is suitable for anytime in your cycles. Legs should be on a 45 degree angle with the back of the knee touching the bolster. Adding a blanket on top of the shins and pelvis is heavenly. 

If you don’t have a bolster and 2 blocks you can very easily substitute the sofa, a chair, or the bed.
