Prone Savasana with Belly Bolster

Ahdo Savasana variation

Hold pose for 15-20 minutes

Use this pose during menses if you have cramps/back pain, during the follicular and ovulation stages. Especially great for preparation for a Frozen Embryo Transfer.

Skip during the 2 week wait and a stimulation cycle. However, if you are a low responder to stimulation drugs, this may be a nice addition if it does not cause any discomfort.

The bolster is placed at the front hip bones and should not be on the stomach. Add a rolled blanket under your ankles
