An amazing pose for calming the nervous system, boosting your mood, lowering or raising blood pressure, and helpful for anxiety. Avoid during menstruation, but otherwise a wonderful fertility pose. Nothing under the neck and the chin is slightly tucked to elongate the cervical spine.

Option 1: (not shown) Legs up the wall with back flat on your back

Option 2: Place a Bolster under your sacrum (great for 2WW)

Option 3: Bring the soles of the feet together, knees apart and lower heals towards
