My guest today is Cara Lennan, a fertility energetics coach and mother of 2 boys. She was told she would never conceive with her own eggs and through energy work, nervous system reprogramming and feminine embodiment she conceived against all odds, at 35 and 37. Cara is now a fertility coach and supports women in optimizing their fertility by uncovering, dissolving and healing the blocks that stand between them and their baby.
