I have been teaching fertility yoga for over 8 years and if you include my own fertility experiences – I have been immersed in this world for over 15 years. And in those 15 years, I’ve noticed a few things. 💫 We need Minimalist Fertility to help keep us focused and to not become overwhelmed.

When we know our predominant dosha we can begin to recognize our imbalances so that we can balance and create the best conditions in our bodies (or ‘fields’) to give our seeds the best chance of growth. Simply put, to become our healthiest and most fertile selves.

A majorly transformative part of yoga that is missing in many fertility yoga classes and often not considered at all while trying to conceive – is – energetic wellness or health. Specifically the balancing of masculine and feminine energies.
