Is your life overrun by all things fertility? You can’t concentrate on anything else, you’re obsessed with searching the internet for the secret magical thing that will get you pregnant, and you can’t stomach the idea of spending time with your friends who are moms.

Well – it’s time to take back the reins of your life while still reaching your fertility goals. It IS possible.

Here are 3 ways to lessen the obsession and create more freedom to feel joy in your life while you’re trying to conceive.

1️⃣ Slow the ‘f’ down:

When has hurrying ever made any situation better? Fertility is not an acute emergency – it will take some time to navigate these waters – no need to create a whirlpool to suck you under.

  • Be intentional and discerning with your precious time. Move away from the mindless busyness – and lean into what brings you joy
  • Feed the kittens not the monsters 😉 🐱MEOW

2️⃣ Go IN not OUT:

We seek answers to our fertility struggles outside of ourselves – our doctors, specialists, social media, Dr. Google. I’m not saying to go fire your doctor, I’m saying don’t fire yourself… We brush off our intuition for what others are telling us – we hand over our power and then complain we have no control.

  • Find a movement practice that brings you inward: go for a mindful walk, wander in nature, do some yoga with me 😉
  • Befriend yourself: take a few minutes each day to sit in meditation or quiet to reflect on how YOU feel in this moment

3️⃣ Mind your Boomerang:

You attract what you put out. The vibe that you send into the universe, is the vibe that comes back to you – like a Boomerang.

There will be legit low vibration days, but if all your days are spent down in the low vibration level, then it’s time to raise your vibration (yes – I sound like a crazy hippie – guilty! I totally am)

  • What lights you up? Write down 3 things that bring you joy, put them on a post it note, and the next time you’re vibin low – go do something you enjoy.
  • Be a glimmer seeker 😉 ✨✨✨ Glimmers are small moments when you feel connected or regulated, which leaves you feeling safe or calm. These are micro moments that begin to shape our system in very gentle ways – the opposite of tiggers. Petting your dog, taking a shower, smelling roses, humming.
