Meet Kerry

Kerry Hinds is an experienceed certified Yoga instructor (ERYT and RPYT) with specialized training in fertility yoga, prenatal yoga, and restorative yoga.   

Having gone through 3+ years of fertility treatments, experiencing pregnancy loss, and eventually having two successful pregnancies, Kerry has first hand knowledge of how stressful and cyclical these times can be

She has walked the walk – at times with grace and contentment, and times with despair, frustration, and fear.

Kerry and Fertile Body Yoga provide both an environment and the opportunity to connect with and reset your body each week. Physically, the movement feels nourishing, but, perhaps equally as important, the focus of each class feels spiritually nourishing during what can be a really depleting time. Both Kerry and the community of women in this class provide a space to take care of both your physical and spiritual self.
