I’ve walked a similar path as yours. Feeling the same roller coaster ride of frustration, hope, and powerlessness that comes alongside obstacles and treatment on the path to parenthood. It’s life-altering.

I know firsthand that the mind-body fertility connection is often ignored or overlooked. But it matters – and you have the ability to harness its powers through a multi-layered yoga practice.

It is my goal to create a relatable program that inspires you to uncover your most fertile life and body.

I have had the honor of witnessing and guiding 100s of people like you find the support they deserve. Watching so many fulfill their dreams of becoming parents is one of my life’s greatest blessings.

Research shows that the use of Yoga and other mind/body practices can greatly reduce the effects and symptoms of stress associated with assisted reproductive therapy and infertility. 

Reduced stress increases the chances of pregnancy.

Kerry and Fertile Body Yoga provide both an environment and the opportunity to connect with and reset your body each week. Physically, the movement feels nourishing, but, perhaps equally as important, the focus of each class feels spiritually nourishing during what can be a really depleting time. Both Kerry and the community of women in this class provide a space to take care of both your physical and spiritual self.
